I contacted Auto Shipping Group to ship my car from Phoenix, AZ to Ronkonkoma, NY. I called them just a week in hand to ship my car. They provided the service immediately and found me a carrier within the next two business days.

Knowing that I am returning customer the company rep Randy Chavez immediately gave me rebate and the driver came on the determined day and kept me informed via phone about what time he will arrive to pick my car.

The driver was very good too. Did not charge me extra money (I have faced situations before where the driver has asked me for extra charge as I had packed my car with luggage).

The car reached a day before I actually arrived in NY. So the driver told me that I should simply call him when I want the car to be shipped to my address. I called him the next day and he got me my car within one and a half hours.

I am very please with the excellent service that Auto Shipping Group has provided. The cost of the shipment was not very reasonable. I will definitely contact them if I need to ship my car again. Very honest and prompt people with nice behavior.
