Positive review for Auto Shipping Group overall. Good customer service in scheduling the pick up, and plenty of follow up to complete a review. There was a two day delay in picking up the vehicle from the scheduled event. The car was delivered intact, with no damage, for the advertised price. However, the driver refused to deliver it directly to the house (which is explained in the terms of service, but is inconvenient).

Also, Auto Shipping Group offers a contest to win back the cost of transport if the customer gives a 5-star review. They also pressure via phone and emails to complete a review even before the car is delivered. Be aware that this is likely to inflate their overall rating.
