The quality of service delivered by Matt at Ship A Car Direct exceeded my expectations tenfold. Having never shipped a car before, I was anxious about the process, but Matt handled everything and immediately put my mind at ease. He communicated with me regularly throughout the process and let me know exactly what to expect every step along the way.
