The staff are very friendly and eager to help. They also send you lots of text messages to keep you informed with all progress. I was most impressed with the fact that they asked if I would be ok with them delaying the pick up by one day as they wanted to fire the original driver and bring in one they had had positive experience with. I like working with people who aren't afraid to actively manage their business on behalf of their customers. Wish more businesses did likewise!
