This being my first time to ship a car was a bit nervous. Auto Shipping Group Inc. provided for me the best info and a reasonable price for my car shipping needs. I would recommend this company and would also use it again if I ever need a car shipped again. The shipped it within the time frame picked and for the quoted price. Worked with Kimberly Freiley started off with her fine but cannot say that it ended that way with her. She at the start had sent email to me with how car shipping is done answered all my questions when I called and said ok let’s ship the car starting Friday the 26th of September. One the first day she contacted by phone (voicemail which I call back) and an email after this was to let know that a carrier would take my car for $200.00 over quoted price which I declined it being the first day the wording on this email was quite funny in it started of “We have finally found a carrier interested to pick up the vehicle.” Kind of strange considering the contract had just started. Within less than 2 hours after that I got an email from her about a carrier that would pick up on Monday and drop off on Tuesday for quoted price. I did not receive a call about this carrier. And that email started off with “Please respond to this email so I know you received it.” I presumed when they found a carrier for my car I would get a phone call informing me of it. I was wrong. I did get a text on the Monday of pick up after 10 am telling that the carrier would be there at 7 pm. Since I had not checked the email still under the presumption that I would have gotten a call (in fairness I did get text) I called and left a voicemail which did not get returned and texted to find out that it was in an email the info I needed about the carrier and was also told that the shipper had been leaving me messages all in text. Called carrier they were in my area and wanted to pick car up around 4pm not 7 pm and I asked about them leaving me messages they said had not left me a message but had left messages with shipper. Since I said car would be ready to ship from the Friday before this was not a big deal to be ready for them at this time. The shipper was great both on pick up end and drop off end (which I was not there for) As I said I would use this company again and would recommend it. But caution to those of you who get Kimberly Freiley be sure to check email as this is her way and her defense when you read reviews that people were not please with her service her answer is I sent email. If I rate phone calls to try and get my business then once you have it why do I no longer rate that same service? If you can get more money I get a phone call.

I am just glad we were able to assist you and still get this transported for you. I had tried to call you a number of times, but could not reach you which is why you got the email to call me as soon as you could. If I cannot reach someone by phone, I do email and text. I will try every avenue to get a hold of you. It seems to work because you got my messages. I do with you well with the vehicle.
