From start to finish, working with Roman at Mercury was the best experience. He put all my fears to rest. We sent my son's Ford Explorer back to Virginia where he is stationed in the Navy. We were quoted 7 to 10 days delivery time and the car was delivered in 5! The price quoted was lower than the final price we paid, but Roman worked out a range we were comfortable with and did not go higher than my max amount. No hidden costs. Took only one day to find a driver. Have no doubt we will use Mercury again. Thank you!
