Excellent response time from acceptance of quote to vehicle pickup. The driver called for pickup prior to my receiving the information regarding the trucking company from Matt due to my internet shortfalls. I was unable to confidently research the transport company and relied on Matt for securing a reputable carrier. Only my phone was available to me so I am grateful for the driver contact. He was 4 hours later than promised but called me frequently with updates to his schedule. He was visibly tired when he arrived requesting that I bring the vehicle to him. Time was of the essence, so I delivered the car to him and the security guard drove me home.

At my destination, my vehicle arrived within 30 minutes of the driver's phone call. Again, he did not want to deliver vehicle to my door and asked that I meet him in a parking lot a mile away. I did convince him to deliver it to me at the address stated on my bill of lading and he did. My vehicle was the first one loaded onto his truck so he had to remove 6 vehicles before he was able to get mine off his truck. All the other cars were very clean but mine was excessively dirty. I am well aware of my scratches however it was impossible to see any additional damage aside from large hand prints in my hood. Had this been my son's Porsche, he would have found this service unexceptable.

I apologize for providing more comments regarding the driver than Ship A Car direct but I had very little contact with Matt after accepting the proposal with the exception of his phone call to secure my deposit. Not having internet available to me, I was grateful for his phone call to enable me to pay fees over the phone. I do appreciate his knowledge and expertise.
