Poor delivery and service

Things started off well with All States Auto Transport. Michael seemed like a nice guy and company to work with. Things got frustrating though when they couldn't find and confirm a driver for pick up. I tried multiple times to reach them to confirm pick up before the weekend, but when I couldn't get confirmation from Micheal, I finally had to cancel with them and go with another broker. Well, apparently the driver that picked up my car reported to both brokers that it was picked up, and All States tried to claim that I didn't cancel with them and charged my card. I have now had the driver remove that he delivered the car for All States.
I tried to five All States the opportunity to do the right thing, but they would hang up on me when they called me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are unstable and dishonest.

All states car transport was hired by Todd Elkins 10/08/14 to transport a 2008 BMW 535 from Las Vegas Nevada to Hyde Park Utah. We set up the reservation and sent the customer a PDF contract via email to be signed before we proceed with locating a driver. Customer signed the documents and sent the back 10/08/14 . Customers are notified that we need 24 to 72 hours to locate a carrier and assign them to the route. On 10/10/14 we contacted Todd Elkins to notify him that we have a carrier who can pick up the vehicle 10/12/14 and deliver 10/14/14. Todd Elkins agreed that the vehicle may be picked and delivered on the dates provided. After verifying with the customer, we then charged a deposit of $125 on the debit or credit card provided by Todd Elkins. The customer received the carriers contact information. On the dates of 10/27/14, we receive a charge back notification from the merchant account. We contacted the customer 10/27/14 to find out if anything happened, according the D.O.T (department of transportation) system the vehicle had been delivered. Customer stated that we didn't do our job correctly ( we didn't answer the phone on Friday), so he don't went to pay us.
