we had bben scammed by 2 other companies and are now out around 300 dollars
a friend of mine told me to go on to transport reveiws and look at a companies ranking of reveiws
we came acroos auto transport 123.
from the very start with them we knew we were in very good hands,we told them what had happened with our last horrble experiences,ross said let see what we can do to try and save you some money after the money your lost with the other comapanies,he said give him a few minutes let him talk to his father who is the owner,he got back on the phone ,he asked us when would we like to be picked up.we told him immediately,he said would tomorrow work,
then there was silenece I asked are you serious,he said yes,he spoke with his father ,his father made a few calls and they had gooten 1 of there drivers to pick ther car up on Saturday
which we thought was just unbelieveable,but in the back of our minds we thought we were being scammed again,
I said to ross i dont feel comfortable giving you any monet,Ross siad dont,you can pay me when the car in on the truck if that will work,i said to my wife this cant be real,Ross said we dont take any money up front
we take the monety when the car is dispatchedmhe said that how my father does business,thats why people trust us,well we were still uncertain,so we said ok lets see.
Saturday came,we got a call at 9.30 that the truck will be picking up the car in 45 minutes,truck arrived,I told the driver I will give him my cod at pick up,the driver said NO,Mr.Hecht the owner of the company said that I should take your money at drop off,we truly couldnt believe what was really going on after what we went thru and the owner gave us a discount for the transportation because of what we went thru.
All I can say there are not many caring people out there who would go out of there way and help another person like this wonderful compamy has!
