Horrible liers insisted on a $150.00 deposit to hold the order to pick-up my car quoted 750.00 complete for a p/u on 10/21/14. Called Daniel numerous times never return my calls, Was informed by Chantal that the only way my car would be pick up was on 10/24/14 with a rate increase of $150.00, talk about having me buy the throat ,my total rate $900.00...Most I ever paid to a transport...Was told no broker is permitted to take a deposit until they have a transported line up.....This company should never be used by anyone. The are complete liers and thief's ..... Car deliver 9:00pm 10/25 by a driver who refused too bring car into development had to walk to gate to pick-up car I'm 71 years old....By the way to add to the expense had to rent a Van as my husband is handicapped ,

Ellen, when you spoke to our company we explain to you that there were drivers that wanted to pick up the vehicle and gave you options some wanted more money we never told you you had to take it it was definitely approved by you before the driver was out there to get the vehicle sorry for the inconvenience
