David was excellent in describing the process and what to expect and when. He was one of the few people that actually answered the phone when I called and was quick to get back with me on any questions or concerns. His follow up through every stage of the process was beyond my expectation. My car was picked up and delivered on time with no damage. A Nor-easter was hitting the northeast so the car was a little dirty but to be expected.
Ship a car direct .com and in particular David Franco I would highly recommend if you have a need to transport a vehicle. I should note that as a result of filling out this survey I do get a $30 incentive off my next shipment. I don't think I'll be needing it but I would only use David and Ship a Car Direct if I do need a car transported.
