When making the appointment, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained all the costs involved from beginning to end and offered a great price. Car arrived safely and on time with no damage. Driver was friendly and gave updates as to when he was going to arrive by text message. Although driver got stuck in traffic and did not arrive at original time he kept us informed by text as to where he was and when he would arrive. All around a good experience and would definitely use this company again.
