The contact person at DIY was Bill and he was very helpful when I contacted him and always returned my calls.

The pick up was scheduled for Oct. 1st and was not picked up until Oct. 8th. Driver claimed to have problems with trailer.

Had problems communicating with driver, he could not speak good English and told DIY that he had contacted me twice when he had never contacted me.

Bike and trailer were transported in very good condition.
