I don't know how this transport could have gone any better.

Mike @ Safeway Car Transport contacted me in the evening of my first day of searching for transport service. He was polite and courteous and took the time to explain the process and what I might expect going forward. He was able to provide a quote just a few minutes into our first conversation.

Since I needed an enclosed transport and preferred a smaller carrier vehicle, Mike asked me to give him a "day or two" to come up with a carrier. Well, the very next day, less than 24 hours, he called to say he had booked the service and that my vehicle would probably be picked up and delivered in the next day. Mission accomplished.

Mike and the carrier driver communicated very well and did exactly what they said they would do. In the service industry, that is sometimes difficult to find. No doubt about it, I will use Safeway Car Transport again and recommend them to anyone wanting a hassle-free transport experience.
