This was my first time shipping my car. I asked total six 5 star companies for quote. All quoted me around same price and same promises - timelines, honesty,driver network, no deposit and insurance. The only reason I chose auto shipping group is Martha. She was very different from other company's representatives. Here is what she did differently -

1). The first time she called me, she explained me the whole process of how the car shipping industry works and what can be the pitfalls in the process. No other representatives from other companies even bothered to do that. She spent 25 minutes with me over the phone and patiently answered all my naive questions.

2). All other companies said - "we are the best and rest all are fraud. They will not transfer your car on time.". On the other hand, Martha never said this. Instead, after she spent the 25 minutes with me over the phone, she said- "Sir, I encourage you to please take a look at all the reviews for all the companies over internet, and then only take a informed decision with any one you think is best."

3). After some days, I zeroed in with Auto shipping group. The moment I told this to other company representatives, they started scolding me (showing their true colors) and saying that I am certainly in wrong hands.

4). At the end my car was delivered and picked on time as scheduled and with no scratch.

Martha made no unnecessary efforts to panic me or extra followups or pressure techniques. She was always responsive through texts and constantly in touch during the process. I recommend Auto shipping group for car shipping.
