This is the second time I have used their service. Customer service was great and answered all my questions to the best of their ability. However, they could not guarantee the time of pick or delivery. For this reason I do not give complete Excellent stars. But would recommend and use again. Price went up about $300 since the last time I have used them (which was 3 years ago). They do not accept check, only cash or cashiers check. However, I did like that they call you the day before to verify the time of delivery for your vehicle; and they all so the drive calls you about 30 minutes before the vecnicle arrives.
