Never showed up!!

Ordered pick up of my husband GMC truck on 8/12 due to we was moving because he was retiring from the military. Was told that someone would call us back in a few days who driver info. Well that never happened .. Call them a week later. They claimed they still didn't have a driver and ask is if we could meet a driver 20 mins away from our house. Sure! No problem!! Well two weeks went by .. No contact with them! I always called them weekly and got the same answer" still waiting on a driver"! Two months later, we had enough. Called and cancelled and ask for our deposit back. The lady was rude and never asked why I wanted to cancel! Horrible service! If you couldn't take the order to begin with... Why take the order?!!? Still waiting on a refund'!!

Our outstanding reputation and thousands of very satisfied customers speak for itself. We are sorry that customer Kara Ausmus is dissatisfied with the service. Her huge vehicle, a 1990 GMC Sierra 2500 Double Cab Long Bed Pickup Truck, was the highest priced vehicle on the board and no drivers wanted to haul it. That sometimes happens and we fret over it too. Ms. Ausmus deposit was refunded in full and we wish her well in the future.
