I would actually like to take this opportunity to thank David, Dale and the Dispatch Team of Ship-A-Car Direct for getting my car from California to New Jersey hassle-free. My car arrived on time and in good condition so thanks also to the KTI driver. Everyone was very prompt in responding to my emails and calls. They gave me good guidance on what to do before the car is picked, when the car is being picked up and also when the car is delivered. This helped me prepare everything I need to do during the process so there were no bad surprises at all. The FAQ on their website was also very helpful especially for first timers like me.

I am very satisfied with the service so I would definitely recommend Ship-A-Car Direct to anybody who is looking into shipping their car. The charge was $925.00 but for me it is worth it since it saved me a lot of miles in the car (at least 2600 miles!) and traveling expenses (gas, food, lodging). In addition, I did not have to take some time off from work to drive the car myself. I will instead use those vacation days to do something more relaxing than driving on highways for days!
