I am happy to given a forum to express my feelings regarding my experience with the EXCELLENT auto shipping company, Auto Group Shiipping, Inc. I have had the peasure of dealing with their employee representative, Martha Castillo and I have been very impressed with Martha's professionalism in every instance. When we contacted Auto Group to ship my daughter;s vehicle in a timely manner to coincide with a relocation and the start date of her new job, we were very frustrated with the service we had received from other shipping companies and competitors. Upon connecting with Martha and Auto Group shipping, we immediately noticed a marked difference in how we were treated. Martha has been extremely responsive, courteous and dependable. She has answered any and all questions with a great depth of knowledge, she has called when she said she would call, emailed when she said she would email and kept us informed every steo of the way. Within two days of speaking with Martha, our vehicle was picked up on time, the driver was polite and professional and the vehicle is arriving on the day we had hoped for which is in time for my daughter's first day on her new job. I cannot thank Auto Group Shipping and wonderful Martha for being professionals and a company of integrity...It is unfortunate that all Auto Shippers, as we have come to realize, do not operate with the level of honesty and integrity that Auto Group Shipping, Inc. does. Thank you Auto Group Shipping for doing a great service and in having great vision in hiring such an employee as Martha Castillo. I would highly recommend both of you to any one I encounter that has a need for Auto Shipping.
