I was very squirmish about having my antique, family heirloom vehicle transported across the country. Malia explained the process very thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. My vehicle was picked up within a few days, delivered in two, and I was in constant contact with the carrrier. I would certainly use this company again the next time I need a transport.
