This is the first time I ship my car in the US. I only contacted three five star companies. The prices were not much different. Montaway gave the lowest among the three. I placed the order with them on Tusday Sep 30, and was told that my car was likely to be picked up by the following Monday or Tuesday. So I got my car ready over the weekend. But I was a little nervous by Sunday night, because I didn't hear anything from them since I placed the order and was afraid that they were not coming the next day. So I sent them an email late Sunday night asking for status. They responded my email very fast, early next morning 7am, followed by two phone calls about an hour later. One is from Montaway, the other is from the carrier company, Mr Rooster. Both are saying my car is going to be picked up later that day. The driver called me after 5pm and showed up at Walmart parking lot at around 7pm to pick it up. My car was delivered to my husband at CA early Saturday morning Oct 6, four days before my deadline. I was quite happy about it. The overall experience was good, almost nothing to complain. The only reason why I didn't give full rating is because I didn't like the first representitive I talked with. He didn't sound very helpful, and made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. I called in the next day, the seond representitive was ok and answer my questions with patience. So I placed order with him.
