First time to use a transport company. From the first phone call with john Scharff in the office; he was totally helpful with information, setting up our contract and getting a schedule for the transport to fit our needs. To our amazement our car was picked up early and delivered before the dates of pick up were even thru. Our ability to follow the journey of our car was great! When the truck arrived, we were totally delighted with meeting Steve and Becky Colwell who were the drivers. They handled our precious cargo like it was their own and were a pleasure to meet. Overall our experience with Passport Transport was a total pleasure and if we are ever in need of this kind of service in the future, we will certainly call upon them again......AND we will ask if it will be possible to arrange for Steve and Becky to be our vehicle handlers once more.
