HEADQUARTERS AUTO TRANSPORT

I was moving from yuba city, CA to Ogden utah on August 1st 2014, I needed my Mazda transported as I would be driving moving truck. I paid headquarters auto transport $150 deposit to deliver it for me. They said it would happen within 7 days. After 2 weeks of them telling me they couldn't find a driver that would drive that far away from the freeway to pick it up, I agreed to drive it to SAC and park it next to a freeway entrance. They told me they still could not find a driver but they would call me when they did. Days went by. A total of 3 weeks had passed and now I had to leave because I scheduled the moving truck and had to go. I left my car at my Yuba city house and my garage door opener with my neighbor in hopes Luis would call because I had been calling with no answer. Finally after I had been in utah for 3 days he called saying that he had a driver and to call him at a different number. Guess what? No answer. No one answers at this company and they have really strange hours. I gave up but my son was determined to get my deposit back. He called over and over again between the next 2 months and spoke to Luis who told him it would be refunded in 7 to 10 days. No refund. Ten days later he called back and spoke to someone else who said 5 more days, 5 days later, no refund. Called again and was told to call the billing department on Friday between the hours of 11am and 1pm EST. never answered again. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY.
