My car was picked up just one day after the first available date, and the driver was friendly and professional. He was a little over-ambitious about the delivery date and told me the car would reach its destination in five or six days, so when it extended to more like eight days, I got a little worried. Direct Express was easy to reach by phone and the agent was professional and attentive, but there wasn't much she could do about the fact that the driver did not respond to her calls for a couple of days. It all worked out in the end, and I would definitely use Direct Express again. In addition, the price was lower than other companies I checked into.
