Felicia at Auto Shipping Group made my first out of state vehicle purchase very easy and took all the stress out of shipping the vehicle. I purchased a 1978 international Scout w/ a lift kit and after market lights on the top. I was worried about the height, but she took care of all the arrangements and found a truck available in my very small shipping window. Felicia and Auto Shipping group kept me updated via email and phone calls through each step of the loading and shipping process. She even called me on Sunday to verify the delivery and confirm that everything went smoothly. The driver was extremely friendly and also contacted me throughout the trip to keep me updated. All in all, every aspect of the transport exceeded my expectations. I had entered my shipping info on a website search for auto shipping companies. Felicia was the first to respond and quoted me a price immediately. Even after I disclosed my vehicle description w/ extra height and my eagerness for delivery, her price never changed from the original estimate. I would absolutely 100% use Auto Shipping Group again and would request Felicia to personally handle my next transaction. Service and professionalism were way beyond expectation.
