Pick up was for 1:30; driver showed up at 8 pm

Then, he informed me that he could not get to my house due to low viaducts, so I had to bring the car to him, next to the freeway, in a dangerous neighborhood, at night. Not so great .....as I had to get a neighbor to come and pick me up on the corner....and wait for her to come !
