I would use nationwide again. The rep setting up the pick up was helpful in explaining the process as this was my 1st time shipping an auto. The only difficulty was the transport truck was unable to make it to my door or neighborhood due to its size. The driver was helpful with getting as close as he could and coordinating the pick up site with me and did the same when he reached the drop off site.
