Nowadays it's so hard to find great companies that truly believe in and stand by the products and services they provide for customers. I can honestly say that AmeriFreight is one of those companies! We stumbled across AmeriFreight on the BBB website and decided to call for a quote. Ali was the amazing representative who patiently answered all of our questions and gave us a quote that wouldn't break the bank. She called us when we received a quote and set us up with a company called Speedy Auto Transport. I have to say there was an extreme lack of communication from them when it came to setting up a time to pick up our vehicle. We had to resort to dropping off the vehicle ourselves just so we felt comfortable knowing it would be on that truck to Texas. They were late in dropping it off as well which was very frustrating considering they didn't inform us of that AT ALL. But none the less, Ali was there with us every step of the way to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Because of her dedication I didn't worry about a thing. Great company, great service and great people! I wouldn't hesitate to ship with AmeriFreight again!
