This was a very easy and stress free shipment. I was shipping an expensive Mercedes and was concerned about the safety, security, and overall transition. In fact, I had nothing to worry about.
I submitted the request on a Tuesday night after reviewing the price, Tom called me to confirm pickup Wednesday morning, the car was picked-up that Thursday and delivered the following Monday. Tom was highly communicative, had a great video explaining how to receive the car, and explained exactly what was going to happen and was extremely professional.
Honestly, it couldn't have gone easier.
