Carrier called a day early, and we were a bit unprepared, but it all worked out. Communication with transport company was good. Driver was very nice and delivery went great. I liked having the ability to call, actually speak to a real person, and get updates on my vehicle being shipped. I would recommend this company. I had never shipped a car before and was very apprehensive, but it was surprisingly easy.
