The main contact (Emily) was friendly and communicative, and the driver they recommended (Jerry) was as well. Everything went well with no incident, can't really ask for much more than that. They got me in at fairly short notice (< week).

The company sends you a lot of information, so much that the initial emails felt a bit like spam, but at least that was only before the pickup.

Full disclosure: the booking company offered a rebate for posting a review, but with no stipulations about positive vs negative. I probably would have been too lazy to review otherwise.
