I was attempting to contact directly transportation companies to transport my vw sedan from Michigan to California. Despite numerous calls & web contacts, I made little progress because trucking cos are not set up to deal with individual customers. I was so relieved when I found Adam of Ship A Car Direct. He held my hand every step of the way & answered all my questions clearly, as well as reminding me to take photos before the pickup as well as after to support any potential damage claims, if any. We only have one specified day out of a week to have the car pick up & Adam & his assigned trucking company driver worked diligently to meet our very restrictive time schedule. I am very satisfied with Adam's excellent service & responsiveness. I will use Ship A Car Direct again if I need to transport my car in the future. This is my honest assessment of my experience with the company regardless of the $30 rebate which is to compensate me for my time in completing an assessment of my experience (good or bad).
