My father arranged for the shipping of my car from New York to Washington. When I called to make sure that he had given the shipping company my contact info, Lance was very friendly as he double checked that all my info was correct. He immediately emailed the Docusign agreement, which took moments to fill out and return, and that was it! The whole process was expedient and all the steps were clearly communicated to me. The company that the shipper chose for delivery was great, too - the driver was very kind and my car was delivered right to my house!
