When I entered my information on the automatic quote generators, I received over 20 email and phone calls with in minutes. As I sorted through the quotes I deleted all the cheap & expensive ones and then shopped around all the mid price ones. I called several companies before calling Joe. Once I got on the phone with Joe and he explained the whole process, I knew right then and there that my search for my broker/transporter was done. Joe Gallo explained the whole process from beginning to end and once I signed the contract with him, it took him 2 hours to get me a truck. I do not know if that normal in this business or not, but I was told that it would take anywhere between 1-10 working days. Anyhow, the next day the carrier arrived on time just like they said they would. Everything went great and the vehicle was loaded and off they went. They drove up right to my driveway. The driver gave me the bill of lading with his number on it and told me to call him whenever I wanted. I contacted the driver once via telephone and he did not answer, but then I texted him and the answer was immediate. The next couple of days, the driver stayed in constant contact with me over text and called my sister 20 minutes before delivery to inform her that the vehicle was on its way to her. The delivery again was a very smooth process, driver once again pulled up right to my sisters driveway and delivered the car. No damage, safe & sound. I was so stressed out over this process, but Joe assured me that it would go smooth, and smooth it did go. I have already contacted Joe again to ship my next vehicle in December.
