The scheduling representative made adjustments in the initial request to meet my needs and demands and communicated all changes online and by telephone immediately. This was greatly appreciated and eased my anxiety level.

I indicated that the car was dirty upon delivery. It was; however, I am aware that it woud be dirty after being transported in an open carrier. There were no damages to the car or any of the things left in the car and the dirt was easily washed off. Even breakable items that I had forgotten to package properly were whole and in place. I especially liked the communication from the driver. For example, he called to let me know that a storm had slowed him down and that he may be a few minutes late arriving for the pick up.

The driver explained the process he used to complete the job and understood parking restrictions required by my residential ciomplex. Since I have my car transported round trip - Phoenix to and from Detroit every year, I would feel more comfortable if I had the same carrier year after year. I have been doing this (transporting my car round trip) for fifteen years, yet this is the first time I wanted to use the same transporter for the next year.
