Our rep Martha Castillo was very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough in her interview of us, where we were going, what we were looking for, price and delivery/safety of car shipped. We received other prices, but Martha's was chosen because of her knowledge and expertise. She told us how the system works, what to expect, what to look for in evaluating estimates and questions to ask even before we anticipated them. She promptly called us back when she said she would and tracked the trucker so we'd know when to expect the initial pick up date/call and delivery. Everything worked like clockwork. We'd use her again in heart beat.
