This was the third time I've shipped my car from GA to CA and Tom made it a great experience. What was different from this experience is that Tom acknowledged that shipping a car across the country is not always a precise exercise. It is usually this way because the truck driver can modify the schedule, this is the case with any shipping company, but this was the first one I've dealt with that honestly acknowledged this. With that being said, my car was picked up and delivered according to schedule. It was really the constant communication and honesty that sets this company apart from the others.
