Cannot find my car or anyone at this company..

My car was picked up from Florida over a week ago and supposed to arrive today. I have not heard from Nation or the company carrying my vehicle. I last received an update per my request on 9/22 stating my car would arrive today with a call 4 hours in advance. Nobody is available at National or returning calls. The phone number provided for the driver is a fax and the cell is disconnected. This is very shady and unprofessional service. I understand that things happen and my car can be late, but communication to the customer is mandatory. If the company does not respond by tomorrow I will be reporting my car stolen and charging back the deposit on my credit card.
**update- I finally got ahold of the drivers son who provided me with a different number (not supplied). I reached the driver who informed me he is on Houston, about 4 DAYS away with my car. Every time I ask for an explanation he simply says.."what do you want me to do, kill myself?" And this is who nation chose to carry my car??? I do not feel safe with my car in the hands of someone like this.
