Kay at Ship a Car Direct made this process a snap for us. When we were assigned a shipper, he contacted us the next day. Pick up was set for the first day of availability. During the day of pickup he updated his arrival time with us several times. When he arrived he was polite, knowledgeable and very professional.
The family member awaiting delivery heard from the shipper several times from pick up through delivery. The car arrived in PA the next night and an alternate delivery area was set up to accommodate our family member.
From the many horror stories I found during my research of how to ship my car, I was very pleasantly surprised to deal with a company and shipper that made it a stress free 2 day process.
