My contact person at South Beach Transport was Ricky Leon. His communications with me were prompt and consistent. While we emailed he also picked up the phone to speak to me live. This small gesture provided me incredible comfort and made a difference. We both had a little struggle when dealing directly with the carrier...simply because of some language issues (broken English) but Ricky went the extra mile saying I will be in touch with you every step of the way even after the carrier picks up the vehicle. The actual carrier also provided me text updates as he made his way across the country.

The vehicle was delivered when they said it would be. The actual driver called prior to arriving at the destination that day letting us know he would be there. The delivery / acceptance process was professional and efficient.

Again I will say the service provided by Ricky Leon from South beach Transport truly eased my concerns with this exercise of transporting a truck to my college son.
