This was the first time I was shipping a car. I did some research online and that made me a little nervous because of all the scams being reported. So I picked the largest 5 companies to make sure that at the very least I am not being scammed. Then I contacted each one of them for a quote. One thing you need to keep in kind is that the actual price is almost always more than the quote. Ship-A-Car gave me the best quote and the actual price was just a couple of hundred dollars over the quote (the other companies were almost double). To be fair it was along weekend and naturally the price was a little more than usual.
Anyway, finally I booked a shipment and a carrier was assigned in a couple of days. The carrier picked it up on time and delivered it on time a few days later. There were no scratches, dents or damage of any kind to the car.
The best part of this company is the customer service. It is fast and I get to talk to the same person each time. They are very prompt and patient with their replies. I would definitely recommend them to have a hassle free and tension free experience, specially for first timers like me.
They are offering me a small discount to write this review. But I wouldn't be writing it if I had any issues with them at all. I know how scary it is to trust your precious car to someone, which is why I am sharing my positive experience to help you decide.
