We requested ONE DAYS notice before the carrier was to arrive in Portland OR. We got 2.5 hrs which came from the driver. Had we had the driver's ph# a couple of days in advance I would have rated everything EXCELLENT. The driver is from Spokane and he knows the Northwest and we could have given us way more lead time. It was me that finally called the carrier and got the driver's name (Jacob who was excellent. DId not look like a troll) and ph #. We managed to hook up with the driver tho he had to wait about an hour. We compensated him for his trouble.
