A positive experience

Our experience with AT123 was positive. Our issue is with the carrier Green Way LLC. We have provided a separate review for Green Way. Our agreement with AT123 was door-to-door pickup in Utah on Sept 8, 2014 and delivery after September 15 to our home in Osterville, MA. We had specified that the car was to be delivered after Sept 15 since we would be on a trip out of the country. The Green Way truck driver attempted to deliver the car to our home in Osterville, Massachusetts on Sept 13, 2014. When the Green Way driver discovered no one at the house, he made the decision to leave the car at the impound lot of CapeWay Towing in Hanover, Massachusetts. The CapeWay lot is 50 miles from our home in Osterville. The Green Way driver provided no explanation to the owner of CapeWay Towing why the driver decided to leave the car at an impound lot 50 miles from the specified delivery address. The impound storage fee of $140.00 had to be paid to CapeWay Towing to get the car released to us on Sept 16. AT123 reimbursed us the $140.00 which is evidence that AT123 does stand behind their customer service promises.
