I had used Auto Shipping Group before and it was flawless. The first time I dealt with Don Edwards and everything down to the delivery of the car was excellent. When I needed to ship another car it was immediate that I contacted them. Kimberly reached out to me because Don no longer worked for the company and assured me I was in good hands. She was not efficient whatsoever. As a manager, this is a poor quality to have. I had to constantly reach out to her to get an update. The first deal we made the driver called me asking me for my exact location over a week prior to when I told her my car needed to be picked up. So that pick up was cancelled and I was being rebid. Before the plans were settled she neglected to tell me she was going on vacation too. When I reached out to her to find out the status of the pick up I received her "out of office" reply. This was just 3 DAYS before I had requested for the car to be picked up. I was infuriated to say the least. How unprofessional not to let a customer know you'd be going on vacation and give me another contact or an update before you leave?? When I called I spoke with Lance Staab and he was excellent from start to finish. He apologized deeply and literally got my car on the way in just 2 days. The driver was very professional and efficient. His tire caught a flat and he still arrived on time! My experience with Kimberly although awful, did not taint my views of Auto Shipping Group.

Kimberly@Autoshippinggroup.com 360-853-2814 CALL OR EMAIL ME FOR A FREE QUOTE. I HAVE BEEN WITH OUR COMPANY FOR 7 YEARS! Sara, I would first like to apologize if you feel like you were neglected. You placed your order on June 25, wanting to ship the vehicle in August. I checked in with you the 3rd of July, which is a full month before your vehicle was even ready for pick up. I then checked in with you the 24th, 9 days before your vehicle was ready to let you know we had a carrier that wanted to pick up the vehicle. I emailed you again on the 28th because you said that email was the best way to reach you through out the transport. The carrier was running ahead of schedule and since you could not release the vehicle that far in advance we had to look for another carrier. I emailed you on the 31st to let you know that I was going on vacation but the other managers in the office were here for help.I emailed EVERY customer I had to let them do just like I do every year when I take a vacation. Lance then assisted you from that point on. Again I am sorry if you feel that I was not in contact, but for over a month I was in contact with you via email as you requested.
