I've actually used AmeriFreight before which is why I did it this time. I'm moving back to New Jersey from California and needed my car shipped to my parents house. Last time I used AmeriFreight was in 2009 when I moved to California initially and they were great then too. There was only one minor hiccup in that the truck I had originally been assigned to had broken down, but after being told this, within about 15 minutes I got a call that I had been placed on a new truck with the only difference being the pickup date changing by one day, which I was totally fine with. The driver picked up my car on thursday evening and dropped it off on tuesday morning with my father.
