The process the could not get us the move at the price originally quoted, so we had to pay more than we were expecting. The new, higher price was about the same as prices quoted to us from other companies, which makes me think they were low-balling a little bit. Having said that, my POC was always responsive and helpful, and I was made aware the price might increase. Perhaps auto shipping group was just being optimistic and perhaps I just just got unlucky...

I'm not quite sure why you thought I was providing you a 'low ball quote' when I did provide you estimated prices that were approved by carriers on the route at the time we had placed your order. You as a customer have the right to either go with a carrier that is interested in picking up your vehicle or simply deny a carrier if it’s not what you’re wanting. Overall, I’m glad the vehicle got picked up and delivered in a timely manner.
