I was very pleased with customer service of this company. I had a lot of worries about shipping my car, but Sean made the process about 20X easier than I expected and eased my mind completely! He kept me updated with every new piece of information and walked me step by step through the procedure. Everything was smooth sailing until the first carrier I had fell through, out of his control. But he was able to find me a new carrier within hours! Overall, I would recommend this company to anybody, Sean especially.
