After being contacted by numerous transport agents, Roy helped me out. Quotes that were $650 with one agent, turned into $1265 when we actually had a commitment from a driver. Other quotes of $700 turned into $950 to $1000.
Roy gave me a number that was within $25 of his estimate. Communications were excellent, as was the pickup and delivery times, I was hung up for 3 weeks by others, Roy took one week from order to delivery in Florida. Honesty and reliabilty are key in any service environment.
Beware of those that will "blow in your ear and tell you that they will love you forever" and go with someone that is truely committed to a long-term relationship. I will always call Door to Door for my shipping needs.
