Won't Use Again - Mark Kukla was Terrible

Started out with a different company, and after two days of waiting, called Motor Movers to see if they can get it done quicker. Gave this company a try because of all the good reviews I was seeing on this company. Saw a couple people referencing "Mark Kukla", so reached out to him directly. I told Mark I wanted the car picked up Wed/Thu and delivered Sat/Sun. He promised me that the car would be able to be picked up same day (as long as I would go ahead with the $1150 bid price). I proceeded, got him deposit, etc. Time goes by, nothing. I call him and he says "just a waiting game for somebody to get back to me". Later on Wednesday, he calls and says he can get it picked up Friday and delivered Monday. I wasn't happy about this, as I was paying top dollar for this move, but decided I didn't want to waste any more time so told him to move forward. That was pretty much the last time I heard from Mark. I called every day afterwards, no pickup, phone would go to voicemail. I sent a few emails and no responses. Pretty much took my deposit and was gone!

I realized I had to deal with this myself now, so I started calling the company that he scheduled non-stop until I finally got through to somebody. They gave me some info about when/where the driver would be, and at what time. Moving company didn't come Friday morning as promised, but came Saturday at 9pm. I had to beg the dealership I was buying the car from to have someone be there at 9pm to go over the car with the driver. The car wasn't delivered on Monday, but was delivered Tuesday at midnight. Still payed the full top dollar price of $1150 total, and luckily the car got to me in great shape with no scratches/dings (surprising). Anyways, that is the only reason I'm giving them a 1.5 star, is because the car did arrive and all is well now. The experience wasn't good and I was left in the dark the whole process.

Your unhappiness is pure frustration that you pick up was a little late and your delivery as well. You seem to not mention the several times you had me cancel carriers and continue to find other ones over the Labor Day Weekend. I asked if you would rather have another company take care of your transportation needs. Your reply was I would rather work with you.... So your unhappiness is not with me, It is with the Carrier. Another point, who was answering your calls at 10 pm with questions.. Not The Carrier my friend. It was me... Please call if you have any Friends, Family that need Transportation Mr. Andy.
