This was my first big move out of state and I drove customer service crazy with my questions. I had no idea what to do or what to expect. Nicole was really great and encouraged me to ask anything I wanted and how often I needed. I appreciate the extra time she took to make sure I understood everything.
She even helped make sure I had enough time to arrive before my car. I was able to get my car with no problem. The driver was very friendly, professional and reliable. Everything was perfect.
